Macrobiotic Fish is bread in Hatcheries and taken to the sea when it weights only one (1) gram. They are fed pure food - no antibiotics or grown hormones. As the fish grows they are transferred to large mesh cages and finally harvested when they are 14 to 16 months old and about 1 pound.

Shipped the same day they are pulled from the cages in a HACCP Procedure with Foam packaging etc, and delivered to the Markets the very next day.
